Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how VIDA (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects the personal data you provide when you use this website or contact us. We take your privacy seriously and only collect what we need to respond to you.

Who we are

This website is operated by VIDA ASSOCIATES LIMITED, the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Our company registration number and registered office address will be added here shortly. For any privacy matter, you can contact us at privacy@vidaassociates.co.uk.

What data we collect

When you complete our “Book a Call” form, we collect the information you choose to give us, which may include:

  • Your name and company name
  • Your email address
  • Your WhatsApp number (including country/area code)
  • Your preferred date and time for a call and the service you are interested in
  • Any details you include in the message field

If you schedule a call through our booking calendar, that information is handled by our scheduling provider in order to arrange the appointment. We also collect limited, anonymised, cookie-free analytics about how the site is used, to help us improve it.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

We use the details you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange and conduct a call and follow up about the services you asked about. Our lawful basis for this is your consent (which you give when submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services. We do not use your details for marketing without your separate, explicit consent and we never sell your data.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or trade your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate — for example our website host (Cloudflare), our form-handling provider (Formspree) and our email provider (Zoho). These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements and only as needed to deliver their service.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, after which they are securely deleted. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).

Your rights

Under applicable data-protection law (including the UK GDPR / EU GDPR), you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Have inaccurate data corrected
  • Have your data erased
  • Restrict or object to how we process your data
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@vidaassociates.co.uk. If you are in the UK and are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Cookies & tracking

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any analytics we use are privacy-friendly and cookie-free, so we do not need to show you a cookie banner.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
